We’re based in Burlington. We have relationships with local donation organizations. We use local recycling facilities. When we say we dispose of things responsibly, you can verify it — because the organizations we work with are in this community too.

Some junk removal companies give you a rough estimate over the phone, load the truck, and then tell you the final number after the work is done. At that point you have no leverage.
We quote on site, before we load a single item. You see the truck, we see what needs to go, and we give you a number. That number is what you pay. If something changes — you find more in the basement, you want us to take the shed contents too — we tell you what that adds before we do it.
No surprises at the end. No negotiating after the fact. A number you can say yes or no to before the work starts.

A lot of junk removal companies have limitations on what they’ll actually carry. Refrigerators, piano benches, sectional sofas, full-size appliances — these require a crew that knows what they’re doing and equipment that’s right for the job.
We handle heavy items routinely. We have the crew, the dollies, and the technique. We don’t leave your refrigerator at the curb because the stairs were steep.

**Donation.** Furniture, clothing, household goods, and other items in usable condition go to donation partners in the Burlington area. We’d rather see something useful go to someone who needs it than put it in a landfill.
**Recycling.** Metal, electronics, cardboard, and other recyclables go to the appropriate facilities. We sort.
**Responsible disposal.** What genuinely needs to go to the landfill goes there. Not everything does.
We’re not going to tell you that every load gets donated and recycled — that’s not honest. Some things have to go to the landfill. We minimize it and we’re transparent about what happens to what.
