Construction Debris

**H1:** The renovation is done. Now get rid of what it left behind.

**Subheadline:** Demo waste sitting in your driveway is not a finishing touch.

**Body:**

Renovation projects generate debris — demo material, packaging, old fixtures, broken tile, scrap lumber. It needs to go somewhere, and it needs to go before the project is really finished.

## WHAT WE REMOVE

**H2:** Construction and renovation waste we haul

**Demo Debris**

Drywall, plaster, insulation, flooring, subflooring — the byproduct of gutting a room. We load it, haul it, and dispose of it correctly. Certain materials — particularly older drywall and plaster — require specific disposal procedures. We know which ones and handle them accordingly.

**Lumber and Framing Scrap**

Cut lumber, old framing, trim, and structural scrap from new builds, additions, and renovation projects. Lumber that’s clean enough gets recycled. The rest goes to proper disposal.

**Tile and Concrete**

Heavy, dense, and awkward. We have the equipment and the crew for it. Old tile, concrete rubble, masonry debris from fireplaces and chimney work — we take it.

**Roofing Debris**

Old shingles, underlayment, flashing, gutters. Roofing debris is heavy and often gets left sitting longer than it should. We schedule quickly and clear it.

**Old Fixtures and Cabinetry**

Toilets, vanities, kitchen cabinets, doors — the old stuff that came out to make room for the new stuff. If it’s in reusable condition, we donate it. If it isn’t, we haul it.

**Packaging and Cardboard**

The crating, packaging, and cardboard from new appliances, cabinetry, and materials. Often a larger volume than expected.

**Mixed Load Cleanouts**

Job site cleanouts where the debris is a mix of all of the above. We sort as we go and dispose of each type correctly.

## FOR HOMEOWNERS

**H2:** You hired a contractor. The debris is still there.

Not every contractor includes debris removal in their scope. If you’ve just had a kitchen, bathroom, or addition project completed and you’re looking at a pile of demo waste in your driveway or garage, we can take care of it.

We work around your schedule. One appointment. You get a quote on site before we start. It’s gone the same day.

## FOR CONTRACTORS

**H2:** Keep your jobs moving.

Debris sitting on a job site slows everything down. It takes up space, it’s a liability, and it signals to the homeowner that the project isn’t actually done.

We work with contractors on a scheduled basis for ongoing job site cleanup. Call us and we’ll work out an arrangement that fits how you run your projects.

## RESPONSIBLE DISPOSAL

**H2:** Construction debris has to go somewhere. We know where.

Burlington has specific requirements for construction waste disposal. We know them and we follow them. Materials that can be recycled — clean lumber, metal, certain aggregates — go to the right facilities. Materials that can’t go to the landfill go there, handled correctly.

We don’t dump where we shouldn’t. We’re a Burlington company and we’re accountable to this community.

## WHAT WE DON’T TAKE

**H2:** Hazardous materials require separate handling

Asbestos-containing materials, lead paint debris, and certain chemicals require licensed hazardous waste removal — which is different from what we do. If your demo project turned up suspected asbestos or other hazardous material, we’ll tell you that on site and point you to the appropriate resources. We do not haul hazardous material.
