## HERO
**H1:** You’re clearing a home that belonged to someone you loved.
**Subheadline:** That’s not a logistics problem. It’s a hard thing. We treat it like one.
**Body:**
Every item in that house meant something to someone. The clearing has to happen — practically, often on a deadline — and it happens in the middle of grief. The two things sit alongside each other and neither one waits for the other to finish.
We do the physical work so you don’t have to do all of it alone. We work with care, without rushing you, and without treating the contents of someone’s life like a job site. What can be donated goes to people who need it. What you want set aside, we set aside. What needs to go, goes.
When the property is cleared, something shifts. The hardest part of letting go — the physical part — is done. What comes next is still hard. But it’s a different kind of hard.

## WHO THIS IS FOR
**H2:** You need an estate cleanout when:
– A family member has passed and the property needs to be cleared before it’s sold or transferred
– A parent or relative is moving to assisted living and the house needs to be emptied
– You’ve inherited a property and you’re managing it from out of town
– A property needs to be cleared before a sale, renovation, or new tenant
– The volume of belongings is beyond what the family can handle on its own
Estate cleanouts are not the same as hauling a few items to the curb. They’re full-property jobs — multiple rooms, full contents, often including furniture, clothing, documents, and household goods accumulated over decades. We have the crew and the experience to do them efficiently and thoroughly.

## HOW WE HANDLE IT
**H2:** What to expect
**Scheduling**
We find a time that works for you and the property. We understand that estate timelines are often driven by legal, real estate, or family logistics. We work within your schedule.
**On-Site Assessment and Quote**
We walk the property with you, understand what’s staying and what’s going, and give you a quote before we begin. You know the number before a single item is moved.
**Sorting**
We separate items by what they are. Things that can be donated. Things that can be recycled. Things that need to go to the landfill. We do this as we work — you don’t have to pre-sort everything before we arrive.
**Donation**
Furniture, clothing, kitchenware, and household goods in usable condition go to Burlington-area donation organizations. Families often find comfort in knowing that items from a loved one’s home went to someone who needed them.
**Removal**
Everything that isn’t being donated or kept is loaded and hauled. We take it all — furniture, appliances, clothing, boxes, trash. We do not leave partial loads because something was heavy or awkward.
**Final Walkthrough**
Before we leave, we walk through the property with you. The space is clear and clean. Nothing left to deal with.

## ITEMS WE HANDLE
**H2:** We take everything
Furniture of all sizes. Appliances. Clothing. Boxes of belongings. Trash and debris. Yard equipment. Tools. Electronics. Items that are large, heavy, or awkward.
The only items we cannot remove are hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, certain electronics. We’ll tell you what falls into that category when we do the walkthrough and point you to the right disposal resources.

## OUT-OF-TOWN FAMILIES
**H2:** Managing an estate from a distance
Many estate cleanouts are managed by family members who don’t live in Burlington. If you’re handling a property remotely, we can work with your point of contact on the ground, provide a photo documentation of the property before and after, and coordinate around your timeline.
Call us and we’ll figure out how to make it work for your situation.
—
## RESPONSIBLE DISPOSAL
**H2:** Burlington families deserve to know where things go.
We donate usable items to local organizations. We recycle what can be recycled. We minimize landfill. We can tell you, specifically, where we’re taking things — because we’re a Burlington company working with Burlington resources.
